Made it

I believe this blip will mark my 10 years posting one on most days in that time.. in fact, I joined in Nov 2012 so must have missed a few days but still 10 years and counting!
I took fright and couldn't come up with anything clever to mark the occasion so here you have a cosmos I grew from seed.. and actually made it to this point. 
The Olympics is off to a very wet start.  I kept thinking of all those people standing along the Siene last night inthe pouring rain with intermittent things happening in front of them. I am pretty sure it was rather dull unless you were in prime position.. and wet for all. However it was a full on opening. 
The synchronised womens 3M dive was a great event for GB to get Bronze.. so sorry for the Australian who went a touch off piste in the last dive.. up until then it wasn't so hopeful for our girls but well done all!!
Still hugely grateful to all you wonderful peeps out there who drop by with stars and hearts and jolly words on a regular basis. I am sorry I have not been so attentive with my comments of late.. will try to get back to it again.  Also, thanks to the fabulous team who help keep the site running smoothly.. without you this kind community would be missing something special.. so thank you all
