Captured

There seem to be a lot of feathers of different sorts in the garden at present.
I went to parkrun this morning and surprised myself by not being much slower than last week.
Back home some gardening got done, as well as sitting in the sun with a new knitting project. I was expecting showers but the intermittant dark clouds produced no more than a few spots of rain.
Saw a bit of the Olympics and felt very sorry for Josh Tarling who narrowly missed out on a medal despite having a puncture.
