The best day

We had such a fun day, we drove to Greenwich and went to the Planetarium, it was brilliant and such an amazing view from the top of the hill.  John is obsessed with space at the moment so he loved it.  

Then we drove to the Excel and checked into our hotel.  We are staying at the Excel as our friends are taking part in the T100 triathalon tomorrow.  John was going to take part too, but he is still nursing a knee injury and so he pulled out but we decided to spectate instead.  It was a bit of a nightmare getting to the Excel because the elite ladies were racing this afternoon so lots of road closures but we made it and saw some of the ladies on their bikes.

Quick change of clothes and then a taxi to the West End to watch Frozen.  It's the girls first experience of the West End and they loved it.  The show was really good and we all enjoyed the taxi through London in the dark, back to the hotel.
