Lakeland 50

This weekend was the Ultra Tour of the Lake District 50/100 milers.
We had a lot of friends descending on Coniston , 5 in the 100, 10 in the 50.
Great weekend spectating, catching up and watching the dots on the trackers. 
3 finished the 100, (106 miles, 22500ft ascent) 
10 finished the 50 (9500ft ascent)
Some raced it as hard as they could, some just got around the best they could.
I'll leave you to make up your own mind what Potty & Shrek were doing..
Whatever it was, they finished the 50 in 22hrs 13mins..
