Brothers Band

Kate's son and two buddies have a band, great sounds, (the son I showed last night peeking over the fence) and husband Craig here at drums and his brother Todd lead guitar singer - the other guy is a band buddy from Colorado. The brothers have played in bands together since they were kids.

Anyway, the party was a hoot, she was so over the top touched, great friends from near and far. I met two woman, both of whom graduated from my high school in McLean, Va just outside Wash. D.C. - we were all military or government "brats" as those of us who moved around the nation or world in their case said then. But that was coincidence for sure to meet in Portland, Oregon!

Anyway, a good time had by all and Kate has exactly right attitude for 50! My life is great, have the most amazing husband and family and friends - what more does a person need!
