Scotland’s Lavender Farm

I have seen blips of this place several times over the past couple of years and was determined to get there myself this summer. It’s only open for 5 weeks each year and what a perfect day to choose, hot and sunny! I met my friend from Edinburgh at a local garden centre first for coffee and a scone then we headed to the farm in Kinross for the 12pm tour followed by a picnic lunch. It was pretty busy today with everyone enjoying the wonderful colours and scents in the bright sunshine. Lots of people taking photos, probably destined for Instagram, Facebook etc and blip of course!
