Expensive pasta

It was very nice, but I don't think that the pasta that I bought yesterday merited the cost. We ate it outside towards the end of a hot day.

This morning I exercised, tidied my study, and worked on Mummy hazelh admin (including a drug review with the pharmacist). This afternoon I completed the revisions to our journal article for Archives and sent the updated version to the editor.

Exercise today: 1 hour on the exercise bike; 7k run in the heat; walking (12,536 steps including run).
