The last morning of July. 6:30 a.m.

It’s going to be another glorious summer day. Making the most of them whilst they are here for awhile.
Colours of autumn are beginning to emerge…..
Busy day today.
I have an appointment this morning and then Pilates at 1:00pm. Followed by the usual coffee with some of the group in the atrium at the centre.
Stretching exercises and an ice pack each day have been helping this week but walking for longer is difficult at the moment.
Thankyou for your lovely comments about Stephen finishing being a cricket umpire. I have shown them to him.
He’s currently asleep and I’m come up here to the loft bedroom looking at the beautiful panorama of neighbourhood gardens catching the morning sunlight.
Time for a mug of tea.
