The boardwalk

A new boardwalk is being built by the Ythan Trust, through the sand dunes, along the river. When finished it will allow easy wheelchair access from the beach car park to a point where the seal haul-out can be easily observed.

Extra. Marram grass is being planted alongside the boardwalk to help consolidate the disturbed sand.
