In training....

....i've heard that drinking coffee with eating local chocolates will make a welcome return to the Olympics in Milan 2026. Ahead of the curve, I've started training now. 

Earlier, I headed up Route 68 to the north side of the Lammermuirs to strim some paths, drink more coffee with Chris, clear-out the remaining dregs from the storage unit in Leith and finally drop-off a patrol tent at the scout hall. Close to exhaustion I made for home. However, after a revitalising cheese toastie with mango chutney, I sallied forth on my bike for 22km of sunbathing in lycra. 

Nancy is staying over in Embra with Owen tonight so I have control of the TV and the pizza delivery buttons. 

Just like that, July was done.
