Walking with Will

A most pleasant day, we headed out for a gentle walk down in Kilcrohane - the old funeral path in fact, where coffins were brought on the way to the church. The flowers and colours were looking sumptuous - meadowsweet and purpleloosetrife  mingling with ragwort and fuchsia. The walk is varied through fields and boreens and down to a pebbly shore. Lovely.
After lunch we went for a swim and now we're about to tidy ourselves up and go for a birthday pizza in Durrus - all go!
