Today's the day ......................... to inspect

One of the nice things about going away, even for just a few days, is that when you come back, the garden will have changed.

There will be new flowers that have appeared, specially if the weather has been hot and sunny as it obviously has.  So there was a garden inspection carried out today - and the obvious new arrival on the flower scene were some of the varieties of agapanthus.

These showy flowers are always most welcome here and this is one of the most striking - Agapanthus 'Twister ' ......................
