Butterfly

Went for a run before it got too hot. We did the river 10k route. It was very hot at the end and I was very tired by the last 2K. I did make it up the hill, just very slowly.

Walked up to Woodley to get a birthday card, recycle some glass and get some more steps. 

Spent the afternoon in the garden watching the insects and doing some knitting. The cardigan has become a slightly frustrating experience as the last part of the instructions is not very clear.
