Thistle down the wind :-)

Check the night sky for the blue moon and the flying pigs because and I can't quite believe I am typing this we are all packed and organised for our holiday.  In the morning just have to get up, get showered, have breakfast and hopefully leave around 9.30am!  

We are so organised I spent time in the studio this afternoon painting! Even got the cards written for the August birthdays (Alan, Nikki, friend Mae) and remembered to pack the wedding anniversary card for D (35 happy years on  Saturday!!) and organised lunch at ours on 22nd August for friends Alan & Gail, Natalie & Jim and Ele and Kenny.  

Clearly there's something major we've forgotten!  

Weather lovely today again.  Forecast for tomorrow is heavy thunderstorms.  Of course it is.  We're going on holiday!
