Journies at home

Knives of France

Someone told me that Foix has the highest number of wet days than any other town in France.  I don't think it's a rain measurement per se, but rather a geographical phenomena which packs low clouds tight around the town. This is how it was today and we were thankful for the gentle greyness.

Narrow streets with packed terraces.  We ate meze at the new Greek restaurant and attempted to climb the other terrasses which wind up above the town, stopping gratefully when we got to the low skyline.
