Arrived as night was near.
This morning S and I talked with plumber, electrician and builder about what was going to be done today. Then we had a couple of tasks in Auckland before heading north to the house which was S' mother's home. We had stayed there, especially during the working week when staying in the A-Frame was not really practicable.
A few weeks back we made a sudden decision to stay in the A-Frame full time. The sudden decision meant that we had not brought down everything, nor tidied for T and B.
Today was the last day to do so, as next Friday Tsuken and wife will arrive. We got back in the dark. I unlocked the front door and was greeted with the results of the work they had done today. As well as having most of the plumbing done, all the electrics in place and able to be turned an and off, and all the dust and rubbish swept up and put in the skip.
Their effort gave both of us great pleasure, and we can see clearly what the house will be like in the near future.
Tonight's blip is a photo of a Kereru, which (along with its mate)flew into the trees at the front of the neighbouring property. Six other photos were not good enough to oust this one.
