Much Faffing

 This silver zero numeral attached to the wall on the hall way at  ground level of the EFI is an apt blip for a lady with nothing in the can. Only one photo taken on a day taken up with completing unfinished domestic business and generally faffing about with what I need to pack and what can be left out without knowing the weather I will encounter in the next 2 months. 
Finally I got away for my TGIF drinks in the EFI and was happily ensconced with my glass of Rosé when the whole off Quartermile had a power cut. Since the card readers weren’t working our drinks were on the house and we were basically locked in as the automatic doors weren’t working either. The staff managed to let us out  eventually and no sooner were we free than the lights came back on. Had we maybe been better people we might have returned and paid our dues……… but we didn’t. After all they did say it was their pleasure  to cancel our dues!
