A morning watching the Olympics, and a quick supermarket trip. 
Later the Opticians; I broke one of my legs of my glasses and hadn't had an eye test in 3 yrs.  My prescription has changed slightly in my left eye. Because I am on UC, I can get money off. She showed me the NHS glasses and I picked a pair that are much the same as I have but a bit more red than the purple.  Turns out  I  got them for free, lenses and all.
