Thai style beef salad

Another day, another salad. I’m really enjoying these at the moment - perfect for the warmer weather. After a Greek ish diversion (but with Parlick sheep’s cheese rather than feta as that was what I had in) it was another riot of South East Asian flavours.

A busy, but productive morning working, then up into Walkden for a few bits and pieces.
