Back To The Crem

The last time we visited Cheltenham Crematorium was in 2021 almost exactly 3 years ago. I chauffeured mrsfb and an ex colleague today, they were attending the funeral of another ex colleague's husband. I had a wander again. The deer I blipped on the previous visit were looking a bit swamped by long grass now. The graveyard really is huge. Not quite 'ten thousand miles in the mouth of a graveyard' size, but it took an age driving through to the chapel. As mrsfb's friend said 'there are a lot of people here'. Some of the memorials were huge, very impressive and very expensive looking. It struck me as a big, lucrative business.

I feel a bit uncomfortable taking photos in graveyards when you are there for a funeral, but nevertheless I've added extras of some wind chimes and a heavenly post box.
