Walkies at Westshore

A lovely sunny morning, cloudy with sunny spells in the afternoon, cloudy tonight.  Low cloud and mist in places all day.  Windy on the west, calm on the east.

Up early, headed out walkies with Sammy after breakfast.  Popped by Laura's on my way to work.  1pm start in the airport again.  I've mostly been meeting and boarding flights, all on time or early.  Popped by Laura's again, a house full. Mam, Jonny, Alex and peerie Brian were in.  Walkies, then feet up for the night. 

Although it was a bright and sunny morning, there was this gale blowing off the east hills, while out on the east side of the hills was virtually flat calm.  Once you're down in the village, there's plenty of shelter with the buildings around, breaking the wind from the sea at places.  Sammy walking along Main Street, coming into Westshore, Scalloway.
