One more night away…

Look at this perfect secluded spot we have found for the night!

Leaving the campsite this morning at 9.30 - we had less than an hour drive to this spot where we have parked up in the garden of our friend Rod, for the night. Mum has been staying with Rod this week in his lovely home, but it is our first visit.

We’ve had a lovely day chatting, eating and drinking together. Jon and I went for a circular walk along some of the footpaths surrounding the cottage.

Rod cooked a lovely dinner and we all then watched a bit of tv. The first bit of olympics I’ve seen this week.

We plan to head home early tomorrow via Stonehenge. Now heading to bed. We had the offer of beds, but happy in the caravan for one more night!
