A Reminder

I received an e-mail asking if I was interested in purchasing one of a limited number of prints of the Merchant Navy Training School I attended between April 1968 and September 1969.
The ‘Indie’ was on the banks of the Menai Straits on Anglesey at the village of Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch.
I enjoyed my eighteen months there, tough going, it gave me a head start in my Royal Navy New Entry Training and prepared me for later life.
I have been to a reunion or two and enjoyed them as well and looking back I’m pretty certain my parents purchased one of these prints when they were first offered for sale.
I need to ask my sister if she knows or has seen it.
