What . . . ?

Not sugar cubes (remember those).

I order Lush soap online - their shops frighten me, but their soap is wonderful. And the soap comes nestled in a bed of Eco Pops. It’s like delving into a bran tub (remember those) trying to find the bars hidden in this mass of puff balls.

Apparently the pellets are made of cornstarch, extruded under high pressure.

They are:
- dissolvable in water
- can be added to compost
- can be put into rubbish bins as they will biodegrade very quickly

Not sure what I am going to do with them- I’m still searching for the soap!!
