Mixed type

I met my personal trainer this morning for a nutrition session. She talked me through my current diet and where I can improve. While there is nothing really bad it's more about getting the right mix as I'm a mixed metabolic type. I need to focus on getting protein, carbs and the right fats into each meal. This means quite a change for my breakfast and lunch with more meat, eggs and salad. I'm really looking forward to seeing if it makes any difference.

Matt and I had some chores to do this afternoon before flaking out at home due to the heat. I managed to fit in a gym session this evening but had to wait until it had cooled down a bit.
