Join the queue

There was a queue of paddleboards waiting at the steps today. Angel and I didn't have to wait too long before we were in. After I cycled by her walking G last week, she messaged and asked to join me today. It was the first time that we have swum together so that was good but G was not as happy as me at the doorstep usually means a walk.

As we were getting our a dad with two young girls and a board arrived. The older one paddled quite competently whilst the other sat at the back and dad swam behind.

A curious boat with shed, lots of dinghies and a few dogs and barges joined us too.

After we swam we popped to the High Street as the mind shop was hosting a pop up event. Then home. The group of boards were heading towards the bridge over the Causeway as we passed.
