Frosty …..

….. ….. ….. & rather chilly along the Bush Creek track early this afternoon. It would have been about 5°C max but out in the sunshine it felt like a Spring day, and was 11°!
I’d been walking with a friend and her dog, and we had a bite to eat at the local pub too.

Our family foursome had a final dinner out in Arrowtown this evening and caught up with more family history.
My brother-in-law M. is so recently bereaved and yet he’s still able to happily join in. I’m thinking that going back home to an empty house will be challenging. It’s been so lovely having time with him here and I know he’s felt welcome and at home. He leaves in the morning.
