Look at this running star!

By my reckoning, it's less than eighteen months since Hannah and I first started to do Parkrun together, walking some of the 'round on the first few occasions, but by May she was doing the whole three miles without stopping.

And here we are, just over a year on from there, casually doing a 10.6 mile run on a Sunday morning, chatting all the way.
