The Thames: looking downstream from the bridge

This morning we were mostly packing up and and loading the car before we drove back up to Salford. My Extra shows you just how tidal it is this far up the Thames if you compare it with yesterday's Blip. 

We arrived back mid-afternoon, so I squeezed in a quick swim, and then in the evening Charlie and Hannah came 'round for dinner in the garden. On our way driving north, the Minx said she felt like cooking, and she laid on an absolute feast!
