The humps and bumps down at the links are the perfect (and softer) alternative to the concrete skate park at the other side.

After spending about an hour watching the kids do their thang at the skate park (no skateboards. What's that all about? Seen loads of scooters and BMXs but no actual skateboards....) Arlo and Ida decided to be stunt skaters.

They both bombed about with no fear and looked at me with general disdain (Arlo assumed 'peace fingers' a few times at me - clearly the HEIGHT of cool), basically - acting like perfect teenagers with no interest in hanging out with Mum.

Suppose I should get used to it....
