Batsford Arborterium

Rory's word not mine, but I rather like it.

We did the hedgehog trail this morning. We found all 24 and the boys each got a prize at the end. I was surprised and pleased that they got in for free as we are both members. I didn't know about that. Joe thought the trail would have been better with real hedgehogs.

After lunch we stopped off in Bourton on the way home for ice creams. It was just as busy as last week, and of course the boys wanted to go in the river. We had to buy a towel. It was blooming freezing but they were gradually getting used to it and we were wondering how we were going to get them out when Rory stepped on a small fine nail which he had to extract from his toe :-( 

He seems fine and it did get them out of the water.

Daughter#1 had an early start this morning, doing a 1 hour on line gym session before she started work. Her personal trainer is now based in Lithuania so a remote on line workout, well works.

Hope to have a family Skype with daughter#2 this evening.
