Street Life

Most of the day seems to have been taken with going over the mountain to Schull to have the hair sorted. Now satisfactorily restored. Hacketts, when I went in, was closed but its goods were piled high ready for action. As I left it was thronging with yachty types who have descend for Calves Week resplendent in pink shorts, boaty shoes and braying voices!  Diversions were also in place as Eir (electricity) were also doing things up poles. 
Thanks for all the comments re Himself's man den and well spotted re hand! It seemed to be here when we  arrived 22 years ago and we're asking no questions. Did you spot the fairy houses too?  It has to be said that the female equivalent is a little more eclectic., a little more organised chaos.
