String of Hearts

Thanks to MaryElizaR for the TT themes of ‘trees’ in August. I think it’s great that the theme runs all the way through the month. I shall do my best to have a full set.

The first one is the subject of leaves. Whilst not strictly from a tree, my String of Hearts indoor plant gives me so much pleasure and is growing very well. When the new leaves appear they are so tiny.

I have it located on the front corner of a high dresser and love seeing the leaves cascading down. They give some extra interest with the shadows in the various forms of light during the day and evening too.
