A splash of colour on a dull day

Took Holly dog to Rouken Glen this morning. Not too many people around ..... weather was rubbish!

The water lilies have past the peak of their flowering but if you peer among the lilypads there are still a few flowers around.

An early start tomorrow as my car goes to the garage for a free health/hybrid check at 8.30. I've said that I'll just wait so taking my book is essential.
