Maple and Daddy time

Every moment with daddy is precious at the moment as in less than two weeks he will fly back to Dubai and we will stay in NZ for an extra 6 weeks. We are very lucky to be able to stay on but will all miss him lot's.

Maple officially started saying 'Mama' and 'Dada' yesterday. I am pretty sure she said mama for the first time on my birthday. Best present ever. All my children are 'late doer's' who eventually catch up and dear I say more than catch up ;-) She is standing with no hands several times a day. I'm guessing she will be walking by 13 months. She's still a little bruiser.

Today we had a lovely day. Very fresh air, but lot's of sun. The twins played at the park with Nanny, we went for a drive to Bethlehem and looked at a toy shop and had a great coffee at Palmers Garden Centre. We popped in to Welcome Bay to feed Maple and visit Granny and Grandad and came back to Papamoa for delicious fish pie.

Oscar started 'Tart Cherry' natural melatonin (For sleep) today. He went to sleep no worries for the first time in months tonight..... I fear it is too good to be true. We will certainly be smuggling back a 40 gallon drum if it is the tart cherry......
