Tiger Sighting

I was focused on the butterfly bed watching two hummingbird moths dance between two buddleia bushes when MrsP informed a butterfly was on the summersweet bush behind me. If only I had eyes in the back of my head, apparently a gift meant only for mothers :) • I got a few good shots of this eastern tiger swallowtail before she/he floated away, but this was the most interesting because we don’t often get to see a sideview of their bodies • Our last dry day before two days of tropical rain. The remnants of hurricane Debby, traveling all the way from Florida to see us • Oh, and the crickets are singing, a sure sign of fall • Peace & Love
