Sunshine on a rainy day

I worked. That was mostly it. I only went out to fetch the bins in. It rained. More referrals came in. They were mostly of the type that made me wonder what exactly I could do, if anything. However, as the day wore on, my mood improved, and the conversations did too. 

Finished at about 18.45, and I've been watching Stand by Me on All4. It seemsstrange that I've never it, it was such a feted film when I arrived in London in 1987. The Rio cinema  in Dalston, East London, was my hangout. A giant cat also hung out there and would stalk the aisles, occasionally jumping onto people's laps during the film.
