The welcome return of the wee Sony
A couple of months ago I very carelessly dropped the wee Sony camera which I've used for today's blip. I swithered for ages about having it repaired or doing without it. In the end I decided to have it fixed and eventually I had to send it down south.
It arrived back yesterday and I must say I'm pleased with my decision. It doesn't do amazing macros and it doesn't photograph birds as clearly as I like but it is an all round excellent camera. Replacing it would have been much more expensive, and wasteful, than having it repaired and I missed it while it was languishing in a drawer. It feels good to hold and I'm really happy to have it back. The only thing I need to do is change the time and date.
The blip is a balloon flower, platycodon,
which is doing well in the garden. I love the colour.
I have a busy weekend ahead so I'm enjoying a bit of quiet time today.
