Out with the old and in with the new! 
My new free glasses and they are great, I thought my eyesight while reading was ok, but now it is more than ok! 
Collected them and walked down to Aldi for my shopping. For the first time had to be aware of what I was buying and how heavy my bags were. I walked a bit, and bussed it a bit. Stepped off the bus and it started raining. Had a lot of wet food coming home! 
This afternoon I bought the  voucher for Stevens birthday online, emptied the bags from the car and binned some stuff. 
I did a Somatic Pilates Class and then a short  standing class online. Trying to be positive about things .
