I woke up this morning and my first thought was I have no car.
Hard breakfast and decided to focus on a Pilates session which was a good move as I felt better afterwards.
Up to therapy, which was emotional but helpful, ended up doing breathing exercises, eye movement resets and somatic techniques to help.
I treated myself to a cup of tea and cinnamon swirl afterwards and read a bit of my book. Home in the pouring rain.
