'Mile repeats', today: a 1.2 mile 'comfortable run', then four bouts of an intense mile complemented by a two minute walk, finishing off with a final comfortable half mile. 

The Kersal Wetlands seemed ideal for this and that proved to be the case. (Not sure what this tractor was up to, though.)

I arrived back pretty much in time for work, stopping off at the Old Firestation to get coffees for me and the Minx. 

And in the evening we went to The Everyman to see the Blur film, 'To The End', which I enjoyed enormously, despite not being a huge Blur fan. That said, the guitar solo* on 'This Is A Low' is one of my favourite bits of music. 

*Actually two solos overlapping, to my ears.
