Not for the tip

I had filled one bag with garden waste ready to take to the tip and had started on the second but made the mistake of popping indoors, which was the cue for Rocky the cat to take roost. He does seem to have a fascination for garden bags but usually prefers to get inside them. At least it's easier to spot him when he's lying on top. I doubt he'd enjoy a trip to the tip.
