Belsay Castle, Northumbria.

Odd sort of day, working away at the moment and started at the crack of dawn, then back tonight which gave me a few hours in the afternoon to explore. So, I went to Belsay Hall, Castle and grounds, a lovely place with a really calm atmosphere. I took lots of photos More photos at Belsay.

However, I thought this one of the castle was interesting, the tower dates back to the 14th century. Oh well, back to work in a while :-)
