St Nicholas Cathedral, Newcastle.

Last full day up here, one more early morning and then homeward bound! After work this evening I took this shot of an interesting cathedral. It dates back to 1091, although the top of the tower is much more modern - 1448! For many years it was used as a navigational aid for ships on the Tyne.
