Eden Project
I had a wealth of pictures to choose from today. It was a tough call deciding which one to go with. We went to the Eden Project today. It was amazing! We did a full day there and almost saw everything. As usual I got fixated on any food producing plants & got sweetcorn and pea envy as theirs were way better than the little tiny plants on my allotment. Hubby would have to drag me along to the next bit to keep us moving...
Other than the veggie plants, the highlight for me was speeding down the zipwire above the whole site (it had to be done!). Put it into perspective just how huge the whole site is by seeing it from above.
This little fellow was found in the rainforest biosphere. He apparently had spectacular wings but he was being coy and chose not to show us so instead I watching him tucking into his mashed banana. He seemed to be enjoying it. A lot. We left him to it and continued our visit. On the whole, a thoroughly good day and I would recommend it if you are ever in the area.
