Sunday lunch
A bright and sunny day and the world and his wife were in Morecambe appreciating the lovely weather. We have never seen the prom so parked up from one set of yellow lines to the next. Thankfully, there was plenty of parking at the Midland where we went for our lunch, making use of one of Mum and Dad's Christmas present vouchers. Bailey stayed at home in the cool. We sat at a window table with good people watching opportunities and enjoyed lovely food, particularly the sticky toffee pudding. Home to release Bailey who was pleased to see us back and to finish off reading book number twenty-seven. A present and not my usual type of reading with a fantasy element but I did enjoy it and am pleased to see that there is a sequel soon to be published.
