Tree Frog

We were up and off to church this morning as usual and then home for lunch and our Sunday FaceTime with the grandkids.

As soon as we finished talking with the grandkids, we got on the road and headed to Pink Hill and the funeral home.

There, Kent, his brothers & 2 nephews dressed his brother Jeff for his burial. While they were doing that I sat in the lobby and read my book.

After Jeff was dressed, we visited for a few minutes before we headed home again as we wanted to get home before it was totally dark.

Upon arrival at home we discovered that it had rained enough while we were gone, that with the ground already saturated, the front & back triangles have standing water on them. It’s still thundering & lightening so still more rain to come. Ugh.

As we were entering the funeral home, this tree frog was stuck to the front door.
