I had a plan for the day until I saw the yellow weather warning for thunderstorms. It wasn’t long until heard the first thunder at 7 o’clock. An hour later there was more . . . louder and with heavier rain.

Later in the morning I decided to try and dodge the showers to walk to the shops. Couldn’t get what I wanted but I did stay dry.

At 2 o’clock the sun suddenly appeared and I wandered out later for a blip. The path from the main car park to the Bridge House and shops takes you past the outdoor seating for two eating establishments. That’s where I spotted this cyclist taking a break.
