Filling Up
I’ve never really seen Falmouth as a holiday destination for families with youngsters, no caravan parks, barely a camp site just a lot of conventional B&B’s and now AirB&B’s yet the beaches soon fill up in the summer. Yes there is more for people to do, mostly water sports, some days the queue to get into Pendennis Castle are round the block.
I’m assured that it’s all good for the economy.
Our first match of the season, a friendly against local rivals Penryn, who in their own inimitable style pitched up expecting to steamroller a young Falmouth side. They left knowing they had been in a match that didn’t go quite the way they had planned.
As opposed to me who left the ground a little ‘tired’. Long Day
