Wise advice

Slow down, drink water. Very wise advice on the hottest day of the year. I ventured out around 3pm to walk down to the village to pick up my newspaper and carried on to Basil and Blue where I had one of their refreshing iced coffee sodas and one of their delicious nutty blondies. There was the added bonus of the drink being free as I'd filled up my loyalty card. For once, I sat down in their little courtyard, rather than take it away, and I was the only customer  - the cyclists and dog walkers must have all been sheltering from the sun.
